Please choose carefully. Kalley does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision regarding the products being purchased.  You can choose between a refund or exchange where the products is proven as defective within the warranty period or within 10 business days the products are wrongly described, different from the sample requested by you. If the products are altered/permanently installed we will not accept a return of the products, unless defective. We may charge a handling fee if the return is accepted by management.
